Is there a discount on bulk orders?
Of course. We can always work out a good deal for you. Please contact us with any bulk requests.


Can you get product X? I don't see it on your web site.
If it's not listed, we don't carry it. Please do not ask us, as such emails will be ignored.


Product X is out of stock, when will you have it back in stock?
Please also do not email us asking us when a product will be back in stock as such emails will be ignored. We are always working to have items restocked, it can generally be 2-4 weeks time on average for a product to be restocked.


Can I ask you for cycle advice?
Unfortunately we do not provide cycle, diet or training advice and such emails will be ignored.


Why am I not getting your emails/payment instructions?
Sometimes our emails will go to your SPAM/JUNK folder. If they do, please put our email address on your "safe list".

Answers to frequently asked shipping questions

Where do you ship to?
Canada ONLY. There are no exceptions. Please do not enquire about shipping outside Canada as such emails will be ignored.


How do you ship?
Canada Xpress Post ONLY. Delivery is 1-3 business days usually depending where you live. Please do not ask us about other shipping methods, the answer is no and such emails will be ignored.


Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are always shipped Canada domestic, so there is never any customs involved or any risk at all to you when ordering through us.


How much do you charge for shipping?
The cost of shipping is a flat $25 always. If you require signature it costs $1.50 extra.
If your order is over $500, shipping is always free.


Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes.


Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. You can check your order shipping status at Canada Post's website.


Why is my tracking number not showing online?
The tracking number can take a while to appear, sometimes it only appears in the system the following day. Please be patient, it will start to work. Do not email us about it as we do not have time to answer such requests.


What if Canada Post lost my package?
Normally if Canada Post loses your package it's 100% your loss. If Canada Post says "delivered" we consider it as delivered. Statistically this is very very rare and if you put your correct address you will receive your package.


Is there a risk of seizure?
Impossible. All mail shipped within Canada does not go through customs therefore domestic mail cannot be seized. By federal law domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver.


By mistake I gave you a wrong mailing address. What happens now?
If you provided us with a wrong or incomplete mailing address we will not be able to retrieve your package. Please double check your mailing address before ordering. We will not be responsible for your mistake. If the package is sent back to sender it's lost because our return address is fake.


Is signature required on delivery?
It is not unless you request it.


What is your Turnaround time?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after clearing payment. Please note we do not ship and pick up western union transfers on weekends. Please do not email us asking if your payment has been received, such emails will be ignored. If there is an issue with your payment we will always contact you.


What if I need to return an item?
We can't accept any returns, because we don't have mailing address in Canada. Please email us and we'll try to help you.


Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely not. We are a strictly online store. Don't waste your time emailing us how close you are and how convenient it would be for you. Such emails will be ignored.

What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are stated in CAD.


Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. There's $100 minimum order amount before the cost of shipping. This is in order to keep our prices low.


How is it that you are a Canadian company but ask to send Western Union/MoneyGram overseas?
Due the nature of our business, our payment receivers for Western Union/Moneygram are always located overseas.


How come you do not accept Western Union or MoneyGram in Canada?
Due the nature of our business we cannot accept Western Union/MoneyGram transfers in Canada.


What payment methods do you accept?

  • Western Union (online via credit card) - Once you make your order and have the Western Union details. You can just look up the nearest Western Union agent near you on their website - westernunion.ca (or pay via Credit Card directly from their website). Go to that location, take a "send to" form, fill it out and specify that you want the receiver to be paid out in USD in your order amount or if converted local currency as stated. The clerk will tell you exactly how much Canadian dollars to pay. Once you make the payment they will give you a receipt with all the required information.
  • Money Gram - Once you make your order and have the MoneyGram details. You can just look up the nearest MoneyGram agent near you on their website - moneygram.com (all Canada Post offices have MoneyGram available). Go to that location, take a "send to" form, fill it out and specify that you want the receiver to be paid out in USD in your order amount or if converted local currency as stated. The clerk will tell you exactly how much Canadian dollars to pay. Once you make the payment they will give you a receipt with all the required information.

Can I use email money transfer (EMT) or Paypal?
No, this is not possible due to the nature of our business. Please do not bother emailing us about it as such emails will be ignored.


Where can I find my order payment instructions?
Once you place, an order confirmation email is sent to you which contains your payment instructions always.

How can I see the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and going to the "Orders" section.


Can I email you about my order status?
No, please do not email us asking about your order status, if your order has been shipped or if your payment has been picked up. We are very busy and cannot reply to these emails, so they will be ignored always. If there is any issue ever we will always contact you always.


I made a mistake in my order or payment selection for the order, what should I do?
Please simply just place a new order for the items that you like or with the new payment method, and pay for that order. The other order will expire and be cancelled automatically after 6 days of non payment.


How can i delete an order I made?
You cannot delete an order after you make it. The order will expire and be cancelled automatically after 6 days of non payment and will no longer show on your account.
